The Shops at Fox River is a shopping center in McHenry, Illinois. It opened in 2007 and features Planet Fitness, Home Goods, Petsmart, Dick's Sporting Goods, Old Navy, Joann Fabrics, Ross, Dollar Tree, Lane Bryant, Torrid, Maurices, Ulta Beauty, and DSW Shoe Warehouse. In 2011, OfficeMax closed its Shops at Fox River location. Shoe carnival also closed and became a Lane Bryant. In 2012, Ross Dress for Less and Joann Fabrics opened. Five Below opened in 2015. In 2017, Best Buy officially closed its Shops at Fox River Location. This was replaced by a Planet Fitness. In 2019, Bed Bath and Beyond closed and is becoming a new Home Goods. Dollar Tree soon opened in a old Party City. JCPenney closed its doors officially in October 2022.
