History[]
Lowe’s Home Improvement opened first in 2002. In 2008, Target, Petsmart and Marshalls opened to the public. Panda Express and Olive Garden were built in 2009. On August 6, 2010, Cinemark opened as a separate location. Dick's Sporting Goods and Freddy's then opened in 2011. In 2015, Slim Chickens was built. Then in 2017, Michaels, Ross Dress for Less and Dollar Tree opened as part of a Phrase 2 Expansion.
