Sears Canada was the former Canadian division of Sears, a department store chain. Sears Canada operated across all provinces and territories of Canada. It boasted an extensive network comprising 196 corporate stores (Sears, Sears Home, Sears Outlet/Fashion Outlet, Sears Central Services), 195 dealer stores, 38 home-improvement showrooms, and 108 Sears Travel offices. Additionally, Sears maintained a nationwide home maintenance, repair, and installation network to cater to customer needs.

To facilitate its transportation and logistics requirements, Sears relied on SLH Transport, a wholly owned subsidiary based in Kingston, Ontario. SLH Transport was a reputable freight trucking company that operated a fleet of 620 trucks, 3,700 trailers, and employed 900 associates. Its terminals were strategically positioned throughout Canada.

Apart from its physical store presence, Sears offered a comprehensive general merchandise catalogue with over 1,800 merchandise pickup locations, further expanding its reach. Impressively, a Sears location was accessible within a 10-minute drive for approximately 93% of Canadians. This widespread availability contributed to Sears' convenience and accessibility.

At its peak, Sears Canada employed approximately 33,000 individuals across the company, providing numerous job opportunities and supporting the Canadian workforce.
