RioCan Langley Centre is a Canadian power centre located at Langley, British Columbia, Canada, having over 50 tenants and is currently anchored by Indigo Books and Music, Leon's Furniture, PetSmart, La-Z-Boy, Party City, HomeSense, Marshalls, Michaels and Golf Town.

History[]

The first section of the power centre was built sometime around 1998 with Chapters, Sears Home and PetSmart as the main anchors, the second part of the power centre began construction by late 2000, opening their first tenants there towards the end of 2001, anchor tenants Michaels, Future Shop and Winners opened at the other side of the plaza, HomeSense opened sometime between the years 2002-2004, Golf Town opened sometime later. By March 2015, Future Shop closed its doors permanently following Best Buy phasing out the Future Shop brand, Marshalls took over the space by early 2017, Winners relocated to nearby mall Willowbrook Shopping Centre in 2020, one year later, HomeSense relocated to the former Winners space, La-Z-Boy would open at the former HomeSense space, Indigo would replace Chapters and Leon's Furniture would replace Sears Home.
