Northland Mall opened on February 27, 1973 with JCPenney and Bergner’s.
In 2015, the mall was damaged by a severe storm.
Dunham’s Sports and Planet Fitness opened in 2016, becoming 2 new anchors.
In 2017, JCPenney closed its doors. Namdar Realty Group purchased the mall the same year. In August 2018, Bergner’s closed along with all Bon-Ton Stores.
