In 2008, JCPenney and Party City opened. Petsmart opened as a separate location in 2009. Meijer opened on the north side on July 29, 2014. In 2015, Panda Express was built. In Early 2016, Binny's Beverage Depot opened near Petsmart. On October 5, 2018, Nothing Bundt Cakes opened to the public.
