Hudson's

Hudson's was a department store based in Detroit, Michigan. It was acquired by Chicago-based Marshall Field's in 2001, which in turn was one of several chains to be acquired by Macy's in 2006.

The chain primarily operated in Michigan, with one location in Ohio and two in Indiana. All of the Michigan locations were converted to Marshall Field's and then Macy's, save for the downtown flagship which was closed in 1983, completely vacated in 1986, sold in 1989, and demolished in 1998.
