The Home Depot, Kohl's, Petsmart, and other stores opened in 1994. In 1996, Meijer opened as the first Kentucky Location. Extended Stay America was built that same year. Hyatt Place was built in 1997. In 2006, La Quinta Inn And Suites opened. Then in 2007, LA Fitness opened behind Meijer. Chick-fil-A was built in 2009, followed by Chili's in 2010.
