Prizm Outlets (formerly: Fashion Outlets of Las Vegas) is a 371,000-square-foot (34,500 m2) outlet shopping center in Primm, Nevada, located just off Interstate 15 at the California state line, approximately 40 miles (64 km) southwest of Las Vegas. It is owned by Kohan Retail Investment Group, on land leased from the Primm family.
The mall has 3 stores, Michael Kors, Bath and Body Works, and Sanithrift. The mall is themed as an art gallery, due to is very rapid decline in the amount of stores. The Prizm Outlets is connected to the Primm Valley Resort, but only by stairs as the escalators and elevators do not work anymore.
The malls decline started before COVID-19 as a ridiculous amount of lots in the mall, were vacant. In 2021, the owner of the mall switch from Rialto to Kohan with a loss of 120%!
