Ashley Furniture
In 1997, Colony Square Shopping Center opened with Lowe's Home Improvement, Circuit City, Petsmart, Toys "R" Us, CompUSA (now closed), Cost Plus World Market, Academy Sports Plus Outdoors, and other stores. IHOP and Wendy's were built in 1999. Circuit City closed all locations in 2009 and was replaced by Party City years later. Months later, Cost Plus World Market was shuttered and was replaced by Joann Fabrics. In 2018, all Toys "R" Us stores closed permanently.
