Clearview Mall is a one-level shopping mall 44.6 miles (71.7 km) northeast of downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, between North Main Street, Clearview Circle and Henricks Road in Center Township, a suburb of Pittsburgh. The mall has three open anchors which are Altitude Trampoline Park, Boscov's and Rural King.

History[]

In 1981, Clearview Mall officially opened to the public. It opened originally with four anchors which were Bon-Ton, Hills, JCPenney and Sears. In 1998, the Clearview Mall was very successful with 95% occupancy. In 1999, a fifth anchor was added which was Boscov's. Also in 1999, Hills closed and was converted into Ames. In 2002, Ames closed down due to going out of business, the space was then taken over by Dick's Sporting Goods and T.J. Maxx. In January 2015, Bon-Ton closed down. In August 2015, Rural King opened in the former Bon-Ton space. In February 2016, Dick's Sporting Goods closed and relocated to the Greenwood Plaza. In July 2016, Sears closed down. In June 2019, Altitude Trampoline Park opened in the former Sears space. Also in 2019, T.J. Maxx closed and relocated to Butler Commons. In June 2020, Kohan Retail Investment Group bought the mall. Soon after, in August 2020, JCPenney closed down. In March 2024, 4th Dimension Properties acquired the Clearview Mall and announced that new businesses are coming soon.
