Centre RioCan Kirkland is a Canadian power centre located at Kirkland, Quebec, Canada, the power centre is currently anchored by Hart Home, Dollarama and Linen Chest and is owned by RioCan REIT.
History[]
Centre RioCan Kirkland was built in 1999 with the opening of Bureau En Gros, Winners and a movie theater which was later converted into Cineplex Entertainment, during the early 2000's, much more tenants opened at the power centre, which includes Ardene, Addition Elle, Bombay, Dynamite, Pier 1 Imports, Roots and Montana's, during the late 2000's, Montana's closed its doors later being replaced with a grill restaurant. By August 2014, Bureau En Gros closed its doors as part of the Staples store closures across the United States and Canada which included the Kirkland location, Bouclair also opened around this time, 3 years later, Hart Home opened at the former Bureau En Gros space, by the end of 2022, Winners closed and relocated to 16900 Route Transcanadienne PropriétéS De Choix, the space has remained vacant ever since, as of today, Centre RioCan Kirkland is slowly declining but still has a few popular tenants remaining.
